a childhood nals.

i've documented quite often my love for dinner parties and time spent with my family. so, i am sure it comes as no surprise that i am sentimental when it comes to my childhood. perhaps it is because i had the best childhood a girl can have? seriously, it was nothing short of perfect. hours spent outside playing olden days with our best friends, long walks in nearby conservation land, crafting newsletters (lovingly called the gazette) with my sisters and everything you could possibly imagine in between.

although my parents no longer live in my childhood home, being in the space that carries all of the artifacts of my younger days floods my imagination. i am so grateful to have had such a wonderful childhood - and my only hope is that i can share my love for being a kid at heart with my someday children.

gahhh im dying over that house!! i had a great childhood too and i'm so grateful for it...my mom used to throw tea parties for me and would completely transform our dining room. i hope i can offer my children an electronics-free, outdoor-full childhood someday!
