france spent with my father and grandfather, matt and i headed down to spain for a few days to celebrate my birthday. we started in begur, which is a small coastal town in costa brava.
this was my first time in spain - and let me just say - i fell in love with it all: the people, food, traditions, weather, the scenic views. i could have spent another few weeks just eating tapas and drinking cava.
we stayed at the incredible hotel aiguaclara while in begur. if you are ever in the area, i couldn't recommend this charming bed and breakfast enough. in the evenings, we went to dinner and ate some of the most delicious local food, we listened to live street music, and meandered through local artist boutiques. the beaches were incredible, too! we only had a few hours to visit sa tuna, but wish we had set aside more time.
oh costa brava, cannot wait to see you again sometime!
